Dr. Ellen Arena studied Salmonella Enterica Serovar Typhimuirium infection of the Gallbladder in Dr. Brett Finlay’s lab. She has recently accepted a post doc position with Dr. Philippe Sansonetti at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, where she will be investigating the interactions between Shigella and cells of the adaptive immune system. ubc_2011_spring_arena_ellen.pdf
